
This hands-on bodywork session works by gently releasing overactive or guarded pelvic floor muscles, improving tissue mobility, and restoring healthy communication between the pelvic floor and the nervous system.
Many women experiencing pelvic pain, tightness, or dysfunction aren't weak, they're over-protective, holding tension stored from pain, stress, surgery, or emotional experiences.
Through slow, consent-led internal contact, the session creates the safety and awareness needed for the body to soften and move out of protection and into ease, improving circulation, reducing pain, and helping you reconnect with sensation and control in your pelvic space.
Sessions may also incorporate external body release work, scar release work, Body Ready Method assessment, and Spinning Babies techniques.
